This is one awesome gym with the state of art equipment. These machines really focus on the muscle group and give great results. The staff are very friendly. It;s good to walk into a gym with smiles on all of the employees. Keep up the good work
Sometimes bigger isnt always better. No privacy, lacks what iron grip has, with that cozy environment. Too spacious, not enough weighted lift machines. Always occupied, so hard to get in any squats or benching. No listed class schedules anywhere for those interested in joining. Staff is a joke, they dont know anything about the machines. They just stand there and look pretty.

Huge place with lots of machines, clean and friendly staff...
Good selection of equipment. Big space with lots of machines but also alot of members so try not to go during peak hours
Great Gym! It would be cool if some of the bikes up front would be would be replaced with "spin bikes" they only have 2, the computers mostly never on the bikes!
Other then it being so busy at certain time of th day I like it here, way better the iron grip just wish they had WiFi and I think they should really offer that!!!!...
